Break Time!

Next week high school kids are taking the entrance exam to get into Nanzan, so I have break starting today (Friday) and going through next week!

Yesterday I went out in Sakae with some friends and ended up playing with cats in the park! Today I mostly took it easy to rest up for next week. For dinner we had some really good chicken pieces that Mrs. Y friend up. They were really really good. Every night we have a different kind of salad with dinner. Tonight we had broccoli with some kind of tasty dressing. It was also really good!

This will be my last post for a while because tomorrow I'm taking off with friends to go to Osaka until late Wednesday night! We're meeting at the train station at 8:30am tomorrow. I'm really excited for the trip- it should be tons of fun. I'm not exactly sure what we're going to do every day, but we are going to Universal Studios Japan on Monday!!!! I hear that Osaka is famous for Takoyaki, so we'll have to get some.

Fact of the Day: Cell phones here all have little spots where you can tie charms on. EVERYONE here has at least one cell phone charm. It's not unusual for people to have something as big as a small stuffed animal on their phone- even guys! I have two on my phone right now :)
